At Challanwala, we are committed to offering timely and reliable challan payment services. However, under certain conditions, users may be eligible to request a refund.
If a challan remains unpaid for more than 45 days from the date of payment due to unavoidable circumstances, the customer is entitled to claim a refund of the challan amount.
In all refund scenarios, a flat deduction of ₹20 shall be applicable. This amount covers challan handling, processing, and management charges.
For challans categorized as online payable, customers can request a refund within 12 hours of successful payment.
If the challan has already been paid by Challanwala within those 12 hours, no refund will be processed, even if the request falls within the time window.
For court challans, a refund request can be submitted within 48 hours of payment by the customer.
After 48 hours, no refund will be accepted. If the court challan is already paid by Challanwala or submitted in court, no refund will be applicable, irrespective of the time window.
Once a challan is marked as paid in court or through judicial proceedings, no refund can be processed under any circumstance.
