By accessing and using ChallanWala services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Black Coat Technologies Pvt Ltd, Plot No. 76 D, Udyog Vihar Phase-4, Gurgaon, Haryana -122001 and govern your use of our platform, mobile applications, and related services.

2. Service Description

ChallanWala provides the following services:

Vehicle Services

• Vehicle registration (RC) lookup
• Traffic challan checking and payment
• Driving license verification
• Vehicle insurance information
• RTO and transport services

Additional Features

• Document management
• Renewal reminders
• Educational content and guides
• Customer support services
• Mobile application access

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person/entity
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Update your information when it changes
• You are liable for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Personal vehicle information lookup
• Legitimate business purposes
• Educational and research purposes
• Compliance with applicable laws

✗ Prohibited Uses

• Unauthorized data scraping or mining
• Harassment or stalking activities
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• System manipulation or hacking
• Sharing account credentials

5. Payment Terms

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment confirmation is required before service activation
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking

Service Charges

Note: These service charges are in addition to the actual challan amounts and are non-refundable once services are delivered.

Refund Policy

• Legal fees are generally non-refundable once services are delivered
• Refunds may be considered for technical failures or service unavailability
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
• Processing time for approved refunds: 5-10 business days

6. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: ChallanWala's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or government database errors
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
